By accessing or using Dive Trak's website and mobile application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Dive Trak's website and mobile application for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Dive Trak at any time.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information.

You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
